The first 3 recipes I looked at gave servings that don't match instructions.As in serves 3 and then tells you to divide into 8 jars? and serves 4 and put into 2 jars. Although it doesn't specify, most nutrition information is per serving, and if this is the case then these recipes are not for losing weight-i.e. 2 servings of breakfast porridge at Cal: 658 carbs: 30.6 fat:58.2 grams....even if this is for the whole recipe, which I guess I'll never know, it isn't one for weight loss. If this is suppose to be helpful for food prep then portion/serving size and nutritional information should be spot on it is anything but. I put one of the most simple recipes in my fitness pal and it was not even close to the matching the nutrition information given no matter how I split it up.
I was looking for the new healthy recipes for my Instant Pot and my sister recommended me this cookbook. From this book, I learned some of the basics of meal planning. In this cookbook, I found a great collection of healthy and delicious recipes for my Instant Pot. There are breakfast recipes, meat recipes, poultry recipes, soups, stews and chili recipes, vegetarian recipes. The instructions are very detailed, easy to follow, with nutritional value. Now I can cook healthy and well- balanced food for all my family every day. I liked this book very much and I am glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly rercommend this cookbook to anyone who needs such kinds of recipes.
I was excited to get my instapot and start speeding up my meal prep days. I have been meal prepping for over 5 years and have a certificate in fitness nutrition. I would have days set aside to get it done. I ordered this book for guidance. I was very disappointed in that most of the recipes are items I would NEVER include in meal prep bc they are NOT HEALTHY. I would not recommend this book if you are looking to eat clean and healthy!
This is a great book for beginners!Although all recipes are delicious and easy to made but i like : delicious corn bread,traditional banana bread,Grandma's meatloaf more.I want to try all these recipes because these are also useful to loose weight.

After reading all the positive reviews I purchased this book. They were right it’s an excellent book for beginners to instapot cooking.Don’t believe the two trolls spamming that these are fake reviews.More likely the ones complaining are fake accounts.I look forward to more instapot cook books in the future.

Lots of new ideas for my instant pot. Of course, this is not my first cookbook but I must say it is the most complete one because that it comes with everything you need: ingredients list, clear instructions, nutrition information, prep time etc. Loving it.
