This is it! My "Eureka" moment! Finally, I understand what Gamification actually is. Hearing this term bantered about the digital town, it has always been vaguely defined in different ways. This book clears up a lot of confusion and answers many questions that have built up around it over the years. A great read that is easy to follow, to the point, and well written. A must have resource for anyone in HR!
Very informative and easy to read. I would recomend it for sure.
Does an excellent job breaking down the specifics and rewards of gamification, without bogging the reader down in "tech-speak". Worth the read, especially if your company is considering training for its employees or if you're a teacher.
Highly recommended reading, an excellent primer on the use of technology to measure learning and progress via structured, digital task based exercises. Still using a binder for onboarding? Think again. The digital revolution is here...
Jason has done a really great job presenting gamification training in a clear, cool way. This could be a "game-changer" for HR and training professionals looking to engage employees of all ages in a new, interesting way!
This fits the huge shift in learning styles and engagement that I've noticed over my last 17 years in teaching and administration. Be interesting to make the leap to classroom instruction with these new methods. Exciting ideas!
Finally a book that convincingly makes the case for how and why gamification can be introduced in the corporate training and human resources world. There's no need for training to be boring anymore!
